Scope of work:
treatment of complicated surgical diseases of the teeth, facial bones, temporomandibular joint, soft tissues of the head and neck, orbit and skull base (inflammations, neoplasms, traumatic injuries, anomalies and deformities of the face, implantology, reconstructive surgery, sleep apnea syndrome)

Research focus:
- reconstruction of tissues using microsurgery techniques
- development of implantation systems
- photomedicine (investigation of novel photosensitisers)
- biomechanics of the facial system
